Hi, I’m Jodie.
I genuinely love people – regardless of their background, age, or education level. That love has taken me across more than 45 countries, connecting with individuals and communities from all walks of life.
I’m a lifelong learner, both formally and informally. Learning helps me gather and analyse the kind of data that improves performance – whether at an individual or organisational level. I believe that with the right insight, anything can be measured, understood, and optimised.
The bigger the challenge, the more motivated I feel to support others in gaining the skills, tools, and confidence they need to face it. I’m a strategic thinker who sees the whole system, not just the symptoms. I love working at the intersection of big-picture thinking and human potential.
I’ve learned – through both study and lived experience – that everything is connected. When we look at the full value chain, we can start to systemise, anticipate, and lead with clarity and impact. This approach doesn’t just improve bottom-line results; it elevates the self-worth and contribution of every person involved.
